"We can't help everyone, but everyone
can help someone."- Ronald Reagan
Today, a great number of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), functional throughout the world, are providing a variety of services for humanitarian causes.
Since i got the opportunity of working with an NGO, I would love to share my experience with all of you. Hamari Pahchan NGO, provides education and life essentials like nutritious meal, etc to the underprivileged children of our society, for their holistic development.
At the beginning of my internship i had to select any one project of my interest in which i wanted to do internship. I select malnutrition, because i think India is facing a crisis of malnutrition, specially during the pandemic. Then i get to know that there are so many children's that are facing a problem like this they don't even have a one good meal a day. After that i create a supporting fundraiser so that anyone can contribute to this cause. Then i get a chance to create some awareness videos and video on any relevant community service issue.
My experience with Hamari Pahchan NGO has been amazing to say, the least. There are more such experience to follow, I am sure.I would really suggest everyone to associate themselves with an NGO, because when you do something for others which makes a positive difference in their lives and for which they don't need to repay you, it gives you a feeling of accomplishment, that is extremely peaceful. There is immense satisfaction in watching others smile and be happy, especially when you know that the reason behind their gaiety is nothing else, but you. It is little things is life that matters a lot. Appreciate that you have.
"In this life we cannot do great things, we can only do small things with great love."- Mother Teresa
